Refund Policy

Due to the nature of all items being handmade we do not normally accept returns unless in exceptional circumstances, for example the item has arrived damaged.

You must let me know in the 14 days after you have received the clothing that you would like to return it and you then have another 14 days to send the clothing back to me. The return postage must be paid by you and the clothing needs to arrive back to me in the same condition as I sent out.

Please use a Signed For service so that we can both track the parcel and ensure it doesn't get lost.
